All transport and C&F services are subject to confirmation and availability. Clients must provide accurate shipment details and required documents at the time of booking.

Freight and forwarding charges will be mutually agreed upon before dispatch. Rates may vary depending on distance, load type, storage requirements, and market conditions.

Payment terms (advance, partial, or credit basis) must be finalized before service execution. Delayed payments may attract additional charges as per agreement.

We aim to ensure timely delivery and dispatch. However, delays due to traffic, weather conditions, strikes, regulatory restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Company liability, if any, will be limited as per the service agreement. Clients are advised to insure high-value goods separately.

Clients are responsible for proper packaging, labeling, and providing correct documentation for transportation and forwarding activities.

All services will be performed in accordance with applicable transport, taxation, and regulatory laws. Clients must comply with relevant legal requirements.
